REFUND POLICY
Overview
At Sis Studios LLC, all of our products are made-to-order and/or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is personalized and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed and processed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or selection by the customer
- Personal preference (including color, style, or design)
- Delays in shipping once the order has been fulfilled or shipped
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before completing checkout, including:
- Product selection
- Custom text, names, or personalization details
- Shipping address
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While all items are final sale, if you receive:
- A damaged item, or
- An item that is significantly incorrect due to our error
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ellieloliver1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee replacement.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for reasons covered under this policy, including “item not as described” or “no longer wanted,” as all products are made-to-order and non-refundable.
