All products sold by Sis Studios are made-to-order and/or personalized.

Because each item is custom-made specifically for the customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or customer error in personalization.

Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items Only):
We will only offer a replacement or resolution if the item arrives damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request support, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
