Order Processing
Embroidered products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. As a result, processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, holidays, and production schedules.
Stationery products are typically submitted to our production partners within 3 business days of purchase and are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party production partners. Processing times for these items may also vary based on production capacity, inventory availability, and seasonal demand.
If your order contains multiple product types, items may be produced and shipped separately. We will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
We appreciate your patience and strive to process every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped directly from our production partner using standard ground shipping.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier but generally take 3–7 business days after shipment. Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delays
Sis Studios is not responsible for delays caused by production partners, shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Sis Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier and marked as delivered, Sis Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.
Personalized Products
All products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. As a result, all sales are final and are subject to our Refund Policy.
